• Plein Air Call to Artists

Friends of Riverfront invite you to our Second Annual Edge of the Rock Plein Air Painting Event, June 6-14, 2008.  Come to our special place on the Rock River to capture color and light in the open air for purchase prize awards of $1,500, $750 and $500 with an Artists Choice Award.  Prizes will be announced at 3 PM June 14 at The Villager Frame Shop.  There is a special category for teens this year to participate, exhibit and win cash prizes of $100, $75 and $50.  Set your easels on the riverfront to paint the glistening sunlight on the water or focus on floral plantings  framed by our historical downtown buildings.
