J.J. Joyce will be the featured Artist at THE Fine Art Gallery, opening reception May 21st 5pm- 7pm, continuing through June 24th.

Short statement:
My “Aquatic” series in oil painting is close to my heart encompassing a waterscape I created in my backyard. Beginning with of a pond, waterfall, water lilies and koi fish, it inspired my first paintings of the series. The waterscape evolved by adding a lotus bog and stream, which naturally attracted fireflies, frogs and other wild life. I took pleasure in capturing their world throughout the series. My paintings are filled with vibrant jewel-like colors with meticulous detail.
